Programs
The Urban League of Greater Cleveland is a vital resource for citizens of Cleveland on the social and economic margins of our community – disenfranchised from many of the opportunities and access that so many of us enjoy each day. Counseling, training and job placement assistance is provided to individuals seeking employment opportunities. Those with an entrepreneurial spirit can access a wealth of services thru our Entrepreneurship Center that will advise and support them from the idea stage all the way to a successful start-up. From elementary to high school students, the Urban League is molding the future direction of Cleveland youth and helping them become successful and prosperous young adults. Our flagship youth programs include Project Ready-Career Beginnings, HBCU-E3 Tours (formerly known as All Black College Tour) and Kid’s College. Additional youth programs include MyCom and a high school internship program.
The Urban League of Greater Cleveland accomplishes its mission by providing an array of community responsive programs. From Education Youth Development to Workforce Development to Entrepreneurship, your Urban League continues to ensure that those on the economic and social margins have the opportunity for access and inclusion.
